Ella Gross is a dance filmmaker and choreographer creating cinematic movement experiences for artists through jazz-funk, hip hop, and visual storytelling.
With over 16 years of dance experience, Ella blends dynamic choreography, emotional expression, and cinematic storytelling to create compelling visual worlds that connect movement with music.
As a director, producer, and choreographer, Ella has created original dance films including Hall Pass, a narrative project exploring young love through movement and storytelling, and Abstain Devour, a dance film centered around the intensity and vulnerability of human connection. She has also performed in visual projects with BLK Odyssy and continues to collaborate with artists to bring their music and creative visions to life through movement.
Ella currently performs with professional dance companies ATMA Moves and Revision Dance Company in Austin, Texas. Her foundation in competitive high school and collegiate dance teams, combined with her professional experience, has shaped a movement style rooted in precision, musicality, and storytelling.
Driven by a passion for collaboration, Ella specializes in choreographing music videos and performance-based projects that elevate an artist's identity through intentional movement, strong concepts, and cinematic direction.
